Groundhog Predicts 6 More Weeks Of Winter!

      Every year on February 2nd people turn from the normal weather forecasts to a more furry prediction. On February 2nd on Groundhogs day the offical groundhog handler had pulled up Phil the groundhog from his burrow located in a oak stump early in the morning. As he was being pulled up he was greeted my boos from 1,000's of people who showed up to watch this annual ritual. This year the groundhog had saw his shadow and predicts that there will be 6 more weeks of winter.

Creepy Crawly Discovery

           In Sequoia National Park around the remarkable trees there is 238 caves, under 30 of the caves scientists have discovered 27 new species of bugs. This trip took them 3 years, the bugs they found such as a fluorescent orange spider, a translucent bug whose organs are visible, and a creature similar to a scorpion without the tail. New species like these are rarely found since exploring an inaccessible caves like these take time and technology.
